Shipping policy

Current Processing & Shipping Times

Due to high order volume, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Once your package is scanned by USPS, standard domestic delivery typically takes an additional 1–3 business days.

International Shipping

We currently only offer domestic shipping within the United States and cannot accommodate international orders at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is within the U.S. to avoid automatic cancellation of your order.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Gisela Cosmetics is not responsible for packages once they are scanned and accepted by USPS. Any transit delays, routing errors, or delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier.

Address Accuracy (Wrong or Invalid Addresses)

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Incomplete Addresses: If your address is missing vital information (such as an apartment or house number), we will reach out to you via email or text. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and refunded, minus a restocking fee of up to 25% to cover packaging and preparation costs.
  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us by USPS due to an incorrect or invalid address, a refund will be issued for the products only (minus original shipping costs and up to a 25% restocking fee) once the package is physically back in our possession.
  • Misdelivered Items: If your package is delivered to an incorrect local address due to a customer input error, please contact your local post office immediately for assistance.
Missing & Lost Packages

If your package is officially deemed lost by USPS while in transit, we will issue a refund for the products only. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your tracking information states "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local USPS branch so they can verify the exact GPS drop-off coordinates with your mail carrier.
